I am Wayne Ham, owner and manager of Ham Homes LLC.  I have worked in the construction business for more than 42 years.  I was six years old when I started working with my father and brother doing remodeling construction work.  I started my own construction company in 1982.  I generally worked in the new home construction field at that time.
